    All sales are final

    All sales are final. If merchandise is defective or incorrect, Lola's will remedy the problem Upon inspection and verification. Defective and shipping errors must be brought to Lola's attention by Fax, E-mail or Telephone not later than 5 business days after receipt of goods.

    Return items may be charged a re storing fee or up to 15% of the return items. Lola's reserves the right to refuse credit for any returned items, where the original condition of the items may have been compromised. Therefore all items must be in the original condition in which the client received such Product, all tags, labels and packing must be in original condition.
